What Is X Drops Club?

How Do You Get Paid?
Each day, OKX takes a quick snapshot of your eligible balance. Your share of that day's reward pool is calculated like this:Your daily reward = (Your eligible balance ÷ Total eligible balance of all members) × Daily reward poolIn plain terms: the more you hold relative to everyone else in the campaign, the bigger your slice of that day's pool. Rewards land straight in your account, no claiming required.
Two Ways to Join: Hold & Earn vs. Trade to Earn
You always need to join the X Drops club in the OKX app before you're eligible for rewards. It's important to understand that not every X Drops campaign works exactly the same way. There are two main formats:
🟢 Hold & Earn
This is the simplest version. You just need to:
Hold a minimum eligible balance (e.g. €500+ in non-stablecoin crypto)
Keep that balance during the daily snapshot window
That's it! No trading is needed. Just hold and get airdropped daily.
🔵 Trade to Earn (New)
This version of X Drops Club rewards active traders. To qualify, you need to:
Hold a minimum eligible balance (e.g. €500+ in non-stablecoin crypto)
Generate trading volume in eligible pairs over a rolling 7-day window
Your reward share here is based on your trading volume compared to everyone else's, not just your balance. The more (and more often) you trade during the campaign, the bigger your daily cut.If your minimum required balance for the X-Drops Club (e.g. €500+ in non-stablecoin crypto) dips below the minimum, your rewards simply pause, and resume automatically once you're eligible again. No need to rejoin.
