Signal Provider

Prerequisites summary

  1. The account used to apply as a signal provider must be a main account (sub-accounts aren't supported).

  2. The account used to receive signal income must be the same account used to apply as a signal provider.

  3. Once a signal is published, the fee model and amount (profit-sharing ratio/monthly fee) can't be modified.

  4. The settlement cycle is the 1st of each month — signal profit-sharing and monthly fee earnings will be transferred to your funding account on the 1st of each month.

  5. Once a signal is subscribed to on the platform, cancellation is currently not supported.

How can I publish a signal on Signal Marketplace?

Publish an existing signal you created

  1. Head to Marketplace dashboard on the Trading Bots page

    Visit the Trading Bots page and select Marketplace dashboard

  2. Select Signal subscription

  3. Switch the option to Unpublished and select the signal you want to publish

  4. Select Publish signal

    Select the designated path at the Lead bot management page accordingly

  5. In the Publish signal window, configure the following: Signal name, Signal description, Fee model (Free or Paid), Copy trading recommended amount (optional or mandatory minimum investment), and Supported trading pairs

    Select your type of signal before publishing it

    A vast number of trading pairs are available for selection at the Select trading pairs option

  6. After completing the required information, select Publish signal to submit your signal for review.

  7. After a signal is approved, you can see it in Paid signal/ Free signal option depending on your fee model, and all users will be able to see it in the Signal marketplace.

Free signal

No subscription fee.

Choose one of the following fee models:

Profit sharing

  • Set a profit-sharing ratio from 1% to 30%.

  • If subscribers earn profits using your signal, a portion of the realized profits will be distributed to you on the 1st of each month according to the selected ratio.

Monthly fee

  • Set a monthly subscription fee greater than 0 USDT (up to 2 decimal places).

  • Subscribers can use your signal for 30 days after paying the subscription fee.

  • Subscription fees are distributed to you on the 1st of each month.

Create and publish a new signal

  1. Go to the Signal bot creation page and select Add custom signal

  2. Enter your Signal name and Signal description, then select Create signal

    Once all good with the details, select Create signal

  3. Set up your alert message in TradingView

  4. Select Publish signal, complete the required information, and submit your signal for review.

    Select Publish signal to proceed to the next phase

  5. Once submitted, your signal will be reviewed by our team. After approval, it will be published in the Signal Marketplace.

How do I view my signal earnings?

As a signal provider, you can view your signal earnings from the Marketplace dashboard. You can check your signal status in the Details section. Available statuses are listed below:

  • Cumulative signal profit: total signal profits that are already credited into your funding account

  • Received profit share: the profit sharing amount that are already credited into your funding account

  • Pending profit share: the profit sharing amount that is pending in system account, and will be credited to your funding account on the following settlement date (1st of every month)

  • Settled fees: the monthly subscription fees that are already credited into your funding account

  • Pending fees: the monthly subscription fees that are pending in system account, and will be credited to your funding account on the following settlement date (1st of every month)

Subscribed signals can't be deleted

Once a signal bot is created, it can't be deleted, the maximum number of signal bot is currently limited to 50. If signals aren't displayed on your page, please update the app to the latest version.

What is the Signal Marketplace?

The OKX Signal Marketplace allows signal creators to publish their signals to the marketplace simultaneously upon creation. Signal subscribers can select signals based on overall performance and choose to subscribe via monthly fee or profit-sharing, then use quality signals to create signal strategies for automated buying and selling.

How do I use the Signal Marketplace?

On the app:

  1. Open the OKX app, select Trade > Bots & Copy to enter the Trading bots page.

  2. Scroll down the page and select Signal

  3. Choose the signals and select Create bot or Subscribe and use

  4. Select Trading pairs, adjust Leverage and fill in the Margin amount

  5. Adjust parameters (optional)

  6. Select Create to set up the signal bot

  7. You can view your subscribed signals under Bots & Copy by tapping the local currency display button below the Est total value, then select Signals.

On the web:

  1. Open the OKX official website, select Trade > Bots & Copy > Trading bots > Signal Marketplace

  2. Choose the signals and select Create bot or Subscribe

  3. Select Subscribe signal and Confirm your subscription

  4. Select Trading pairs, adjust Leverage and fill in the Margin amount

  5. Select Create to set up the signal bot

    Select Create once you've placed in your leverage and investment amount

  6. You can view your subscribed signals from Overview on the left > Signal bot

If a position held under a signal bot is liquidated, the strategy won't be stopped.
