OKX is pleased to announce the listing of Unified Tokenized Stocks on our spot trading markets.

Unified Tokenized Stocks is a tokenized-stock trading asset offered by OKX, allowing users to hold and trade the price exposure of an underlying stock or ETF in units of shares, with each asset named by an uppercase "X" prefixed to the stock ticker (e.g., XAAPL, XTSLA). Where tokenized versions of the same stock are issued by multiple providers, OKX may consolidate them into a single on-exchange asset, traded on one order book under one set of corporate-action rules.

The product is powered by xStocks - Payward's tokenized equity framework, and supports deposits and withdrawals of xStocks on the Solana and X Layer networks, and offers 24/7 trading with pairs quoted in USDT.

Please note that Unified Tokenized Stocks does not represent ownership of the underlying company or confer shareholder rights such as voting. It is not a token issued by OKX, but is an arrangement to provide users with price exposure to the underlying stock, as well as the right to withdraw xStocks should a user elect to do so.

Key features of Unified Tokenized Stocks

Always open — 24/7 including weekends
Unified Tokenized Stocks trades 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Outside US market hours, pricing is based on the last close plus a market estimate. This means you can react to earnings, major news, and weekend moves the moment they happen — without waiting for Monday.

One account for everything
Your tokenised stocks sit alongside your crypto spot, Equity Perps, and other positions in the same OKX account. No fund transfers, no separate login.

Automate it with strategy bots
Grid and DCA bots are supported on all tokenised stock pairs — the same tools you already use on crypto. Set a grid on XNVDA. DCA into XSPY weekly.

No broker, no fiat
Trade with the USDT already in your OKX account. No brokerage account, no USD conversion, no extra KYC.

Dividends handled automatically
When a company pays a dividend, the value is reinvested at the issuer level and passed to you as a small increase in your share balance, net of applicable withholding tax. Trading is not paused for dividends.

Prices can be volatile and you may lose part or all of your investment. It has not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold to U.S. persons (as defined in Regulation S) or within the United States. In the instance of a withdrawal, the applicable product terms in the underlying tokenized stock provider's official documentation shall govern. Please take note of the following details:
