Account closure, automatic closure and cooling-off periods

Two different timelines may apply:

1. A frozen duplicate account that cannot be closed by the user may be closed automatically after approximately 180 days.

2. After closure, a separate entity-specific cooling-off period may apply before the same identity or account information can be used again. The current cooling-off period is 7 days.

These timelines are not the same.Follow the account page for the exact status and do not repeatedly create new accounts during the applicable period.
